About Moe’s Original Bar B Que
Back in 1988, two guys started the experience of learning the fire roasting of quality meats in their backyard barrel pit. Soon everyone in Tuscaloosa, AL and surrounding areas knew where to go to get some fine smoked BBQ.
To this day, all of Moe’s meats are smoked daily and served up with their freshly prepared side dishes and desserts that have been passed down from generation to generation.
About Moe’s Mobile
Moe’s has several locations across the Southeast. At the corner of Spring Hill Ave and Dauphin Street, is their Mobile, AL location. This location is right on one of the Mardi Gras parade routes. Featuring a hot nightlife scene, Moe’s has a full bar, high definition TVs and has a monthly music venue that showcases top bands from across the area.

Menu
Moe’s Original BBQ has a vast and fabulous menu of items to choose from.
The Moe Nachos consist of baked beans and their famous house-fried chips spread over some slow smoked pulled pork or chicken with nacho cheese, red onions and pickled jalapenos. Add some house made sweet, tangy BBQ sauce and some famous Alabama creamy white BBQ sauce.
Smoked Chicken Wings are jumbo is size and smoked to perfection. Fried up and coated lightly with their special house made wind sauce, they are garnished with celery, and of course, the Alabama style white BBQ sauce for some finger licking dipping. Choose from 6 or 12 wing options.
Chicken Tender Snack – 6 southern fried, hand-battered chicken tenders served with our special honey mustard sauce.
Tossed in Moe’s special dry rub, the Pork Rinds Basket is a southern special. And of course again…Alabama white BBQ sauce.
Pimento Cheese n’ Chips – Mouth watering, momma slapping pimento cheese with their famous house fried chips.
Moe’s Salad – Fresh greens topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, cucumbers, toasted pecans, carrots, red onion and tomatoes. Your choice of meat and dressing. Choose from pork, chicken or turkey. You can even have them throw cat fish, chicken tenders or shrimp on.
Sandwich Meals consist of your choice of pulled pork, smoked sausage, smoked chicken or smoke turkey with a tangy sauce, pickles on a toasted bun, two sides and a drink.
Southern Fried Sandwiches include Shrimp Moe Boy or Southern Fried Catfish – Golden brown fried shrimp or catfish served on a toasted bun, with creamy tartar sauce, cool crisp marinated slaw and pickles
Platters include of your choice of pulled pork, smoked sausage links, smoked chicken or smoke turkey with a tangy sauce, pickles on a toasted bun, two sides and a drink. Wings, fried catfish and fried shrimp are also options. Platters are also served with cornbread, two sides and a drink.
Moe’s World Famous Ribs – St. Louis style spare rib are complemented by Moe’s house made sweet and tangy BBQ sauce and pickles. Available in small (4) or large (6) order.
The Meat Combo gives you two choices of the slow smoked meats, our house made sweet and tangy BBQ sauce and pickles.
Their Sampler Platter has a quarter pound of smoked pork, sausage, turkey, three ribs, four wings, three sides, two pieces of cornbread and two drinks. Bring somebody with you for this meal.
Kids meals are served with one side and a drink.
Moe’s standard sides are baked beans, potato salad, marinated slaw, mac-n-cheese, house-fried chips and a side salad. Call in to any location to check the specials board for anywhere up to six-eight additional specials made fresh daily.

Haul It Home Meal Packs
Double Wide Family Pack serves 3 to 4 people and includes 1 pound of either port, turkey or chicken with two sides, bread, sauce and pickles.
Triple Wide Family Pack has 1.5 lbs of your choice of meat and serves between 5 to 6 people with three sides, choice of bread, sauce and pickles.
Small Rib Pack has one and a half racks of ribs with two sides, four pieces of bread (your choice of buns or cornbread, house made sweet and tangy BBQ sauce and pickles to serve 3 to 4 people.
Large Rib Pack has two racks of ribs, three sides and six pieces of bread (buns or cornbread), house made sweet and tangy BBQ sauce and pickles.

Specials
Meatloaf Monday offers sandwiches with a smokey treat – meal or platter.
Tuesday’s you can find a loaded BBQ baked potato with cheese, BBQ sauce, their special white sauce, sour cream and choice of meat, one side and of course cornbread.
Brisket Wednesday’s serves slow smoked brisket on a sandwich, meal or platter.
Thanksgiving Thursday Day Sandwich is smokey sliced turkey breast, cranberry sauce and the world famous white sauce on a toasted bun.
On Friday you can get a Blackened Fish sandwich, meal or platter with home made marinated slaw, tartar sauce and pickles.
Saturday offers a Smoked Burger as the Burger or meal option. And finally,
Sunday dinner is Fried Chicken served with two sides of your choice, cornbread and a drink.
Catering
Moe’s has several catering options to choose from. These packages include one meat choice with two sides, buns or grilled cornbread, BBQ sauce, pickles, tea or lemonade. Plates, plastic serving utensils, napkins and towelettes.
Side choices available from Moe’s are baked beans, marinated slaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, fried chips, oreo chocolate pudding and banana pudding.
Picnic Pick-Up includes everything you need in disposable pans for you ready to pickup.
The Drop is a meal delivered to you which is set up in disposable pans.
The Set Up is your catering food choices set up in a full buffet with chafing dishes and the staff returns to pick up after finished.
The Full Moe’s is the same as The Set Up but with Moe’s service and clean up included.
