Where can you find world class dining with an island atmosphere while not leaving the states? After working in Florida for about 2 years, I’ve found that there are plenty of little hideaway spots all over this state.
Cedar Key Florida restaurants boast having some world-class cuisine and panoramic views. About 60 miles SW of Gainsville Florida, you can find this island town and find low-key to upscale fine dining. One of the local favorites is Tony’s Clam Chowder.
There are about 10 local spots that you can sit back and enjoy a well deserved meal after you have completed some island hopping out on the Cedar Keys National Wildlife Refuge or other local islands or keys just offshore from the town.
